Answer:	This insta-dri has been my go-to top coat (that dries in approximately 30+ seconds) for years. I've worn it with nearly every color you could think of.... White to black and everything in between. I have NEVER noticed this product change the color of any of my polishes. And I change my nail color (practically) every 5 days or so.....I bore easily. PLUS - it is one of the strongest and protective top coats I've found. While it only takes one coat and 35+ seconds to do what it's meant to do.....I, generally, wait 10 minutes after my first coat and add a second coat to my nails. I do this because it provides such an amazing strength, chip free, and beautiful shine. I work with my hands.... It can be extremely demanding most of the time and I rarely, if ever, chip or damage any of my nails! The only problem I have with this product is that half way through the bottle it becomes extremely thick. And using it like this can cause your manicure to streak. However, because it's such an amazing product I purchase an inexpensive nail lacquer thinner, so that I am able to use the entire bottle. It only takes a few drops to thin it out and works wonderfully. I love this product and can't speak more highly of it.

Answer:	The ridge filling foundation dries on matte, the intensive therapy II foundation dries on shiny, and I think it looks nice as a glossy coat by itself, but it also works great if you put it on as a base coat, then use your usual color and then use the nail tek as top coat again.

Answer:	You use the primer to help fill in ridges and any uneven spots on your nails. Then follow with the top coat. I usually use two coats. I then coat my nails once with the top coat over the next 2 - 3 days. Then I take it off and start over again.

Answer:	I have not heard of the California chemical cancer warning but will do some research.

Answer:	I would say that with it being a nail hardener, that it allows your nails to grow since it keeps them from becoming brittle.

Answer:	It might be faster. However, I had a terrible amount of peeling, torn and broken skin on my entire foot. I thought I had a fungus or something. Answer:	Please note, these are heel socks, with the purpose to soften and improve skin on our heels. They are not like shoes (almost no stretch), not even like regular socks (with a reasonable stretch). As such, they are not really limited by a foot size. An ankle size is pretty much the only thing that might matter. In addition, we don't have to wear these socks overnight or all day long if they feel a bit too snug during long periods of time. Yet, they need to be snug to be effective. And just about Any foot/ankle size can handle 30 minutes sessions a few times a week. BTW, I (personally) saw these socks on size 6 woman's foot as well as size 11.5 man's foot - in both cases they were just fine. Feel free to give them a go.

You'll be amazed!!! You won't need to use the rasp again for a long time.
