Answer:	Press power button for 10 seconds for hard shutdown. Then leave it in your dock for an hour or so. Then try to power on. If that doesn't work press power button for 10 seconds for hard shutdown and power on again. I have had 2 Switches battery die on me an brought them back to life doing those steps. Plug into DOCK though...thats the key.

Answer:	No, this item will not work. The product that you attached ( blossom led lights) requires a (24) volt transformer. The other Belker unit maximum output is only (12 ) volts.

Answer:	Gruner's answer is incorrect. If application requires 9VDC and 2 Amperes, then the device has a power requirement of 18 Watts. As this is a 36 Watt max rated power source and the application requires less than 2.5 Amperes, this AC Adapter is absolutely fine. Note, the higher the power rating of the AC Adapter for a given application, the better! That is, the max power rating of the AC Adapter must exceed the power requirements of the device.

Question:	Why does it not charge in TV Mode
Answer:	The graphics hardware in the Switch runs in a higher power mode when it’s driving an external display (TV up to 1080p) and a lower power mode when it’s driving the smaller, built in display (which I believe runs at 720p). The adapter that comes with the Switch can provide enough power to charge in either mode, while still charging. This smaller adapter only provides enough power to charge while in the low power mode. That’s why I just use this charger for when I’m away from the TV/dock.

Answer:	I do not recommend this power adapter period. This charger will not power on a Switch if the Switch has been fully depleted of power. Please see my review for more details.

Answer:	Im not sure what do you mean by hook it up on mobile devices. This battery charger case is meant for nintendo switch. Not for phone. But yea it does charge mobile phones too but there is no way it “hooks” a mobile phone together with Nintendo switch.
