Question:	How do you guys store this mouse in like a backpack or the similar, since there's no off button
Answer:	I’ve owned this mouse before and if nothing’s changed it will turn off and stay off if it doesn’t receive a signal from the receiver. So if you sleep your computer and press the mouse button, it turns off because there’s no reply. It won’t turn back on until it gets a signal from the receiver again.

Answer:	I just started using mine today, the mouse wheel has soft clicks (you feel it), and sometimes you will hear it if you scroll fast. I would NOT want this for gaming but for casual or office use its seems nice, my only complaint is the L/R keys are a bit louder than I like, and might disturb others if your doing a lot of clicking.

Answer:	It has an ON switch that is very annoying. After some time (5-10 min) the mouse goes to sleep. It must be woken up by pressing the button below the scroll wheel. If you walk away or pause for 10 minutes you MUST press the button. It seems like I press the dumb button 10x per day. It's not horrible, but it certainly doesn't deserve to be in a 4.5-5 star mouse. I'd give it 3 at most because of this dumb design, and I will probably replace it with something a bit ... smarter.

Answer:	As the other individuals have answered, this mouse does take a double A battery, but please note that the battery compartment is super tight, so a rechargeable battery (eneloop pro's) don't fit into this device. Kind of disappointing, as all I use anymore is rechargeable batteries.

However, I tested this charger and found it to be very unreliable in charging my eneloop batteries. Instead of charging to 100% full, the EBL 920D either misses termination and overheats the batteries, or it terminates prematurely at 60-80% full. Answer:	The advertised charging current of EBL 808 is just 200mA for each pair of batteries. So in theory, to recharge a pair of 2300mAh AA batteries from empty to full will take about 12 hours (2300mAh/200mA = 11.5h). In actual measurement the current is even lower at around 150mA. If you see shorter charge time, that means either your batteries were not empty to start with, or the charger terminated prematurely before batteries are full.

It is impossible to get another USB receiver that will speak the exact coded signal that your mouse is set to. The upside of this is we never have to worry that someone else in our office is going to inadvertently override our mouse signal, but the downside is that the mouse is forever useless without the unique USB receiver it is matched to.
