User questions & answers
Question: | Does this mouse have a back button |
Answer: | No, this mouse does not. |
Question: | Will it work on a Macbook pro |
Answer: | I just received my Arc Mouse and it works perfectly with my new (2019) MacBook Pro 15” (running BootCamp for both Apple and Windows operating systems). The MacBook didn’t recognize the Arc Mouse automatically when running Apple OS, but I pressed and held the Bluetooth button on the mouse for 3 seconds and then it connected. Windows recognized the Arc Mouse automatically. |
Question: | Does this mouse use a nano reciever that takes up a usb port |
Answer: | Hello, It is designed to be compatible with Microsoft Windows 10/ 8.1/ 8 devices that are Bluetooth 4.0 enabled, so there is no USB receiver. Nelson Surface Customer Care |
Question: | Can you right click and left click at the same time |
Answer: | No, there is not. Actually, whenever you press the click surface down (and note the entire touch surface is actually one big clickable button, not the design I'd have gone with, but whatever), it will always default to a left click if you are touching the left side of the touchpad, even if you are touching the right side with another finger (also, unlike a normal laptop touchpad, a 2 finger tap will not do a right-click). Note this also means you cannot do a right-click while resting your other fingers on the upper portion of the mouse like you could with a traditional mouse. |

Question: | Is anyone else having problems with speaker interference? My laptop makes noise whenever I move this mouse |
Answer: | I have had this issue occasionally over the years and found that to be caused by EMF on the motherboard bleeding into the onboard sound. Since you have a laptop you can't always use an external audio device but have you tried other mice in the same USB port and noticed any difference? |
Question: | Where can i get the device driver of pro intelli mouse |
Answer: | It's an App called "microsoft mouse and keyboard center" |
Question: | Is is all plastic or does it have rubber on the sides like the cheaper Microsoft Classic Intellimouse |
Answer: | The sides are rubber :-) Best mouse I've ever used! |

Question: | how loud are the button clicks |
Answer: | The buttons don't seem to 'click' any more or less than other mouses I have laying around. They do seem to have a deeper pitch, though. So, I guess that could be perceived as less loud. |
Question: | Can i use a single wireless adapter for microsoft sculpt ergnonmic keyboard and microsoft sculpt mouse |
Answer: | Only if they're the same exact type. It would be best to buy the desktop kit with both and then yes it will work. For me, I wanted the comfort keyboard (I didn't like the ergonomic keybord) So I got the Sculpt Comfort Keyboard and the Sculpt Ergonomic mouse and I have to use 2 adapters. If you buy the Sculpt Ergonomic desktop you will only need 1. |
Question: | The back keeps falling off, is anyone else having this problem. The magnets seem very weak |
Answer: | Same problem .I was trying to insert it inside out. |
Question: | Does it come in a left handed configuration |
Answer: | I am a left handed person too, however I still use my right hand with a mouse. Its just something that I have always done. ALWAYS |
