Answer:	I don't understand what you mean by open windows? It has outside pockets that are not cooled. It has worked relatively well, sometimes I do add ice when it is so hot out, all in all I like it.

Answer:	Doesn't come apart. You just have to pull the old filters out, then use a brush to get the lid clean before stuffing in and smoothing new filters. Filters last a long time, in my experience. Love my Off!

Answer:	No--it is just an insulated cooler. Your wine comes from the fridge and into the cooler to set on the table. For long, outdoor parties you can add ice to the container for longer cooling.
