Answer:	I live in Phoenix, AZ, and we have nasty nasty water. For example, it ruined my electric kettle, with hard water deposits. I can tell when my shower filter needs replacing simply by how the water tastes and smells. Even with the nasty water we have here, the filter did its thing. Super happy with it. I wish this company made filters for the kitchen. Instead, I would get cooking water, especially for my new kettle, from the shower. The filter is THAT amazing.
Question:	how do I buy a filter for sprite 7 setting shower head
Answer:	It doesn't sound to me like it is brand new. When I order mine they are always sealed in plastic and the filter medium that's inside the filter is never outside the filter housing. I'd return it and get another one.

Answer:	Yes, I have been using these filters for years. You need to use two Strap wrenches. If you do not know what these are just do a search on Google. They are these wrenches that have a rubber band to grab on instead of the hard metal teeth jaws of your standard channel locks. These strap wrenches will not damage the plastic casing. Use one wrench to hold one end and the other to turn the other end.

Answer:	Not sure what you mean. I suppose it could swivel 360 degrees but hose would get twisted. I have a double sink in my kitchen and it swivels back and forth nicely. I love it after having a really awful one that took 2 hands to move it.

Answer:	I registered mine, & was "accepted", however I do not see where or with whom. If I have a problem down the road, I'm not sure who is backing up this product. Wassa does not seem to be an actual company.

Answer:	I don’t believe any Studio S faucets come with a base plate. Good faucet for small counter use
Question:	Has anyone tried this without the filter inserted? I’m hoping it still maintains the high-pressure flow
Answer:	It is a "pull-out" head. You can pull it out and rinse the sink.
Question:	How to you take off the front piece to change out the filter? It's like it is stuck. Any tricks someone can help me out here
Answer:	I don't believe the issue is the tubing size used on this faucet. It's not a smaller diameter than others I've installed. Also, there was no noticeable pressure difference between this faucet and the old one that came off my sink. Doubtful it's the valves, but I would be curious to know your pressure out of the regulator.
