Answer:	I would not like it on my bench It may leave whitish spots. Teak oil would need to be applied OFTEN to help keep the finish if you use Tilex. If you need to use Tilex a trash bag over it or set it outside the shower. That is my thoughts only.

Answer:	Yes. The selector knob will change the shower from the head (2 functions) to the handheld. There is a lever on the handheld that will change the spray pattern on the handheld.

Answer:	Two questions here. First regards the durability of the clip. While ours was only installed about two months ago, it seems sturdy. We use it all the time and have not had any worries it will break. The second question involves movement of the head when using the wand. Yes, there CAN be some movement when moving the head. How much it moves - if at all - depends on how tight the connection is when installed, and how you remove the wand. Ours will easily slide in and out without moving the head as long as we move it "east-west" vice "north-south." Hope this answers your questions.
Question:	I need a filter that softens the water. I have extremly hard water. Is this a good filter for hard water
Answer:	The dial has three settings. One for the dense rain affect tiny heads, one for the horizontal more powerful spray heads, and one for the Wand. There is not a setting for both the first one and the wand. This can only be achieved if you turn dial so it is in Between the two spray click settings. If the flow restrictors have been removed, then you might have enough pressure to do this. I have tried it, and it seems to work ok, but just not quite as powerful. BUT, I'm not sure you would get the results you desire, if the flow restrictors have not been removed. I removed the flow restrictors in mine, which was easy, and gives me the pressure I like.
Question:	Where can I buy replacement filters? How long will the filters last
Answer:	hi lalarson2107, I don't know what the gpm on this unit is, but I can tell you that even after taking out the low flow sealers it still is not near enough. I bought a filter to go with it, and spent just under $100 for both. I'm biting the bullet so to speak, and going back to lowe's today to get one like I had for over 7 years. I don't like this unit at all, not near enough pressure, and even after a plumber tightened it up, the darn thing drips. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy this unit. Sorry.

Answer:	This filter works best in hot water as the catalytic action is faster at higher temperatures. No filter will remove 100% of all contaminates. Any filter hot water shower filter that claims to remove all chlorine and chloramine is very suspect, most likely they are not able to fully test their end results. Under normal shower conditions of 1.5-2.5 gallons per minute flow rate, and between 100-120 degrees Fahrenheit the QwenchPure Shower filter is very effective. We have measured over a 90% reduction in free chlorine. This is the practical limit of titration tests, it could remove much more. We use the HACH brand Free and Total Chlorine test kit # 212900. Answer:	Hi, thank you for your interest in our filter. Our filter have 180 grams of KDF! Most competitors filters only have 70 to 90 grams of KDF. Our filter contains KDF55 and Calcium Sulfite, which are the most important, effective and expensive ingredients in making the water softer and cleaner and our shower filter has DOUBLE the amount of these ingredients compared to competitors filters! When you see filters that say 8 or 10 stage it means they have more ingredients however these ingredients have very little effect but they take a lot of space therefore they have less space for the more important and effective ingredients we mentioned above. Answer:	I really do not know. That would be a question for the company that makes these filters to answer. I have never opened one of the filters to find out.

Answer:	Package says reduce chlorine taste and odor, mercury, cysts, and lead for cleaner water. Also says it eliminates 99% harmful chlorine and removes pesticides, heavy metals and organic compounds while discouraging the growth of mold, fungi and algae.

Answer:	PP cotton removing rust and sand. So it can help you remove rust a bit. But the main purpose of the filter to remove chlorine, flouride and heavy metals to make water softer.

Answer:	Not sure, I trashed the box. But I love getting out of the shower now and smelling like my soap and shampoo Instead of smelling like a swimming pool. My skin is not dry and my hair feels great !!!!
