Question:	Had a new jrv 9000 installed. in navigation , the unit is unable to find gps signal. how do i fix this
Answer:	We asked the Manufacturer and they replied: "You'll want to ensure the GPS Antenna (picture of it attached to this email) is attached somewhere on the inside of a window so it can properly receive the Satellite signal as well as making sure the connection for it is secure."
Question:	What is included in the box? Bezel/trim for the dash? Tool to remove the old Jensen
Answer:	The metal mount bracket as well as two different trim pieces are in the box. There is no tool to remove the old radio in the box, but I just straightened a wire coat hanger, and made a 'U' shape, and pushed the ends into the two holes on each side, which released the old radio for removal. The metal mount bracket is slightly larger than the old radio, so you will want a file/course sand paper to take a millimeter or 2 from the corners/side of one side. I didn't do that, and wound up with a small crack at one corner, but the trim covers it. The large connector isn't the same between the 2 radios, but the small one is, but luckily the wire colors are the same. You can order the $50 harness, or cut off the connector from the radios and wire the old connector to the new radio. There are full pin-out schematics in with the new radio, and available online for the old radio. One other note, if you are doing the wiring yourself, you have the chance to take the 'parking brake' wire and wire it to ground, so your passenger can program the GPS while the coach is in motion.

Question:	Does this fit a model 3039R tractor
Answer:	The A & B terminals on the amplifier are connected in parallel internally, so if you parallel two 4 ohm subs on A and two 4 ohm subs on B that would put the amp at 1 ohm which is not recommended. Each pair of subs would need to be wired in series to 8 ohm, then you can connect each pair to the respective A & B terminals. Keep in mind that will put the amplifier at 4 ohm which is 300 watts RMS, not 500 watts RMS. I know it is a bit confusing but give us a call if you have questions. Answer:	If you plan on running this amp at maximum output my best advice is DO NOT listen to Montage Music. To be able to run 3000w properly you'll need at minimum a stronger battery or a second one, a higher output alternator depending on what vehicle you have, and a big 3 wiring upgrade. I also recommend you not use 4g wire unless you have the battery in the back. If it's a full run from front to back I'd recommend 2/0 g OFC wire
