Answer:	Yes I would say so as long as you stay within the weight limit. The bag is deep enough that I can put my 13 pound chihuahua completely in the bag and people wouldn't be able to see any part of her if I wanted to. On the flip side, my dog did almost fall out one time when I didnt have her far enough in the bag and I bent over a bit to unlock a door. So the bag is secure enough if you take the proper precautions too when changing directions and the bag shifts.

I easily carry our 8lb Irish Terrier pup around on our walks as she’s very young so not fully vaccinated enough to frolic on the contaminated ground yet. That said, my husband has shoulder problems and can’t carry her this way. Yorkies have short backs and are short in height and so if you are up to carrying 14 pounds on one shoulder the dog should fit ok in the satchel. Answer:	This item is just a large piece of fabric! There’s no structural support at all. My dog felt actually HEAVIER in it.
Question:	How is the length of the strap adjusted? I can't seem to get the serated "teeth" at the end of the strap to connect. Is it defective
Answer:	No, it is not defective. The strap won’t hold until there is tension in it which is better because once the dog is in the bag, you can adjust the length of the strap, rather than having to take off the bag. The weight of the bag will hold the teeth tight. The teeth will bite into the strap when there is weight in it.

Question:	Has anyone tried riding a bike with this carrier
Answer:	I have used the sling for shopping in stores without carts and for attending flea markets, etc. While I have not tried riding a bicycle with it, I believe it would not work well for the rider or your pet as each hip movement would move your pet around. Without having yet purchased one, I think a backpack pet carrier would work better.

Answer:	The bag is a rather lightweight but it is lined.but, I don't think it would be a problem because your little guy's head would be out.( It's kind of a cottonish fabric) Keep in mind, with this bag you are most likey going to be supporting/carrying him even though the bag would be on your shoulder. My shih tzu fits in it with a little pillow in the bottom so his head can stick out. I don't know how breathable it is but in high heat(texas) we stay inside. It's a nice bag, well worth the $$, and is very unisex and versatile just to carry "stuff".

Answer:	My toy poodle is 15 pounds. It’s built strong. It will easily hold a bigger dog both weight, length and height. Only problem is the person, if you can’t handle holding that weight for long. Only other problem is the bag because it doesn’t have a flat bottom, you’ll want to check every few to make sure your dogs feet are placed correctly so as not to cause injury or stress on the leg bones.
