| Answer: | Not that I have noticed. I normally don't pull up the lace because I have a very high instep. I sometimes tighten them and haven't noticed them coming loose. I really like these except the strap goes from right to left instead of left to right which would work better for an old man like me. |

| Answer: | They're true to sizes in Keens. I find that I wear a half-size smaller in Keens than in some other brands. If you're thinking about ordering them and you've never worn Keens, go try some on at your local high-priced camping store. The sizes will be the same. |

| Answer: | This really isn't a question. I have a wide foot too. I normally wear 9.5 wide woman's shoe. After reading reviews and other answered questions, I chose the size 9 woman's. It fits fine. The strap across the road is not adjustable, the there is plenty of room. |
