Answer:	I am not sure what "too tight" might mean as individuals have different tolerances and opinions. However, my L/XL (size 12 feet) feels a little tight, but the support for the PF comes from that compression. It shouldn't cut off circulation and it shouldn't cause numbness, it should feel "snug" like a sock that is a little too small. You should also feel some, but probably not total, relief.
