Answer:	The Epson ET 4550 original refill ink set with the numbers 664 (Black, Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow) will work just fine. The black 774 bottle has more ink than the smaller 664 black and will fill the ET 4450 tank to the maximum tank capacity. I do not know if the other ET printers have the larger black ink tanks.
Question:	I am experiencing an echo -- any advice
Answer:	As of April 6, 2020 I've had my ET-4550 since June of 2017 and I am still using the ink that came with the printer. All four of my tanks are at about 60% and below is a summary of my printing in the 3 years I've owned the printer from my printer status web page. Printing Information Total Number of Pages : 8238 Total Number of B&W Pages :4324 Total Number of Color Pages :3914 I'm super pleased with how long the ink lasts. Occasionally it requires a print head cleaning when the quality gets bad but not having to constantly buy ink is worth this one negative.

Question:	Is this identical to the Polycom Voxbox (other than color) or are there some other feature differences
Answer:	My Polycom Voxbox disconnects from zoom audio calls all the time, and from what I can tell, no firmware update exists because this is no longer supported by polycom (I tried calling them). I'm not sure if the Calisto uses a new firmware or not.... but I'm looking to replace. It was a great piece of hardware up until this problem became predictability annoying.

Question:	What are the best (most compatible) standard telephone models for this headset, if I want to plug into a wall jack
Answer:	It will work with any wired telephone that has a separate handset and base. If you get the lifter, it will let you remotely answer the phone by picking up the handset. I use mine with an AT&T Merlin phone, but that's old and pretty uncommon for home use. A regular desk phone that has the handset to either the left or right side of the base will be fine. If you don't already have something, a visit to Staples / Office Depot should let you find something relatively inexpensive on the shelf.

Answer:	I'm not sure. I only use one phone at a time. I have it hooked up to my cell and my work phone. The work phone does have 4 lines. It is a great headset. I use it all day and the battery never goes out. It also has great sound.

Answer:	Hi Kurt, we test and sell every headset product you can think of. I would recommend the Savi 740 over the Jabra 9470. The Jabra 9470 is good, the Plantronics is just better. Sound quality is going to be about the same, Plantronics is easier to use, more lightweight, all parts are easily replaceable and when an issue comes up with a Plantronics headset its typically much easier to troubleshoot.

Question:	I have a Dell PC that has a PC phone. I have to use the Mic Jack on the PC right now. Will this unit with a USB plug work to hear and talk
Answer:	Good Afternoon, Bill. While I have not used an NEC Model phone, the compatibility should be no issue because the line selection is not performed by the Plantronics device, but by the phone. When you answer an additional line on your phone, most plausibly, the audio uses the same port, that is, your handset port if your phone does not have an additional/separate port for a handset. Question:	mac compatible
Answer:	The cord from the phone to the base that your headset is attached to depends on how long of a phone cord you have. I have purchased two 6 ft phone cord and used them to give more areas that I can go to from the phone to the headset base. The only issues it that if you have multiple lines coming in you need to be close to the main phone system to access the phone lines as they ring in. The cord from the headset to the base is only 8 ft. Hopefully this will help. Jennifer

Answer:	I have a few phones, including a professional office phone...and it worked with all of them. It's actually just a handset modifier...plugs into the handset area...and modified the signal from it. Didn't try that exact phone, but anything with a corded handset seems compatible...
Question:	about how long is the usb wire
Answer:	I dont know if its the "best" corded phone but I have mine hooked to a AT&T Dect 6.0. Its a corded phone and it can be expanded to 12 handsets so you still have your cordless phones for other reasons. It also has an answering machine on the corded set. I absolutely love this plantronics s12 headset. I have been using mine 40 hours a week for work for about 5 years and it still works perfectly and my customers have no problems hearing me and I have no problems hearing them. Hope this helps:)

Question:	What are the differences between the Viyager 5200 and the 5200 Uc
Answer:	The UC model uses Bluetooth 5.0 instead of 4.1. This could make a difference in connection reliability and/or battery life. It is unclear what the UC model ships with accessory wise, but the technical difference seems to be in the bluetooth chipset used.

Question:	Can you connect to and switch between multiple devices
Answer:	It switches beautifully between my PC and my iPhone. Immediately connects to the device I am calling from or receiving a call on. Connects up to iPhone MUCH faster than even my AirPods do. I think it maintains a simultaneous connection with both devices.
Question:	how many charging ports does it have
Answer:	It has one charging port at the base of the unit. It uses the small USB and I have actually used it while plugged. The company I work for requires that while driving a company vehicles, the driver must be hands free or one touch function. You get about 6 hours on a full charge and unless you are CONSTANTLY on the phone or listening to music or youtubing, which you should NOT be doing, this will allow the used to work 12 to 14 hours without a new charge. The unit can be placed in the case to charge also and it takes almost no time to recharge.

Answer:	Not a dumb question, totally understand! :) The ringer comes from the phone unit that connects to the headset ... not the charging base. This was a huge benefit to me.

Answer:	analog phone if i understand you clearly are not equipped for this phone. and if you are asking about the phone jack on the wall so it would be a phone cord to the base of this phone and to the wall jack then I don't see why that would not work. The base of this phone need to be plugged on to an electric outlet to charge once of course. I hope I answer your question. I tell you this phone is awsome I hope what you're trying to do work.
Question:	Will the phone work while docked in the charger. The one I have now disconnects the call when placed in the charger and I need one that will not do this
Answer:	I have used mine while in the charger so would say yes it works. It was already in the charger when the phone rang so don't know if putting it in the charger while on the phone will disconnect it

Answer:	Yes it will. I use my headset for VOIP calls. I have a Skype number and use the headset and my keyboard has a home phone. Can't beat $40.00 a year for a home phone number for unlimited U.S. and Canada calls. Skype to Skype calls is always free all over the globe

Answer:	From what i'm looking at, you should have no problem connecting it to you're phone. I offer 14 day full moneyback if you should encounter any incompatibility.

Question:	DO you HAVE to buy the handset lifter? How does it work without the lifter
Answer:	You don't need a handset lifter if your phone has a "headset" button (I am using Cortelco-2700 phone which does have such a button). However, as mentioned by other respondents, you still have to be near the phone to be able to press this button. If you want to buy another degree of freedom, you can buy an Electronic Hook Switch Cable (EHS Cable) which, however will cost you another $80 or so. I was not able to find the cable certified for Cortelco phones, though. I hope this will help.
