Answer:	This cream slowly smooths out deep wrinkles. I don't have bags under my eyes so I really can't help.

Answer:	I do not use ROC Retinol as a moisturizer. I put I on my face at night before I go to bed. I usually then read an hour and it has a chance to absorb into my skin.

Answer:	I just received two jars that do not have inner seals.

Answer:	It is mainly a wrinkle correction cream, so it is working on removing some layers of skin while hydrating. It can feel slightly “stingy” when first put on. It makes my skin flake off in areas. I am of retirement age, so not sure how it might react with oily skin. It does soak into your skin well.

Answer:	Kind of strange. I bought one 5oz tube of this product for $7.95 last year. I notice that it now shows "1 pack" for $49.00? Answer:	It isn't a substitute for cleaning, it IS for cleaning. Each pad is already moistened, and has cleansing abilities. Wet your face, and start scrubbing. One side is soft, for the tissue beneath the eyes, and the other side of the pad is somewhat textured for cleansing the rest of your face. Rinse well, and apply your favorite moisturizer. If you add ice to the bottom of the tray then add water and set it to cool, it wouldn’t necessarily “mist” per say, but it certainly keep it a lot cooler, than without ice & or water. If the water runs low or out, it will automatically shut down. I’ve found it best so far to use distilled water. (From the gallon jugs) haven’t tested regular tap water. Have two of them and they work wonders. I keep one in the den and it’s approximately 450-500 sq ft, stay very comfy and cooled down. Especially in our 100 degree weather. Hope this helps, but I’d like to add, it’s worth every penny I promise you won’t regret it. ; )

Answer:	No, it is not tinted. The lotion comes out of the container white and doesn't have a tint once applied to the skin.

Answer:	I find it interacts well. No peeling or flaking. I've even mixed my liquid foundation with the moisturizer before applying. I've spent years attempting to find a lotion that won't cause additional breakouts on my face. This is the only one I have found that works for me. My skin drinks it up. It never leaves an oily feel. I think it's wonderful!

Answer:	I don't know the percentage of retinol, but I can tell you that this is a gentle cream that leaves your skin very soft and smooth to the touch. It does not cause my skin to peel or feel tight like it would if it were high in retinol. I am over 65 and my skin is much thinner than it was in my younger years and I am more sensitive to the retinol. I also have used this same cream in the version that is not for sensitive skin and this one has a better result. If you are looking for a cream that leaves you skin feeling soft and silky, this is a great product.
