Answer:	Hi if you buy from BC & Conner Hats your hat arrives in a box and they arrive in perfect condition... if you buy from a 3rd party seller they ship in a bag... perhaps the seller has free refunds? ... if not you can place the hat in the shape you want it using a box .. it’s hard to describe in text but if you leave it in the position you want the brim for a few days it will come back to shape

Finding your Hat Size

The size chart to the right shows the hat sizes that our sized hats cover. Using a soft measuring tape or a piece of string (not elasticized or stretchy), follow these instruction to find your hat size.

1. Place the tape measure or string on your forehead and measure the circumference about 1/2 inch or so above your ears, about where your hat would sit. If you have another hat that shows the size, you can use that information instead.
2. Check the length of the tape measure or string to determine your size. (if using a string, hold it up against a ruler)
3. Use the size chart to find your perfect fit. For example, if your measurement comes to 22 inches or 56cm, then a Medium sized hat will fit you!
