There are 3/4 sized guitars which sound pretty decent for beginners, and also there are cutaways and double cutaways (Yamaha for example) with thinner bodies that make it easier for a child or small adult to learn. Also ask about the "scale" of the guitar. Regular scale is 25.5 inches, but slightly shorter guitars will be easier for children and small adults to play. I recommend that you buy a brand name, as well. If the guitar is well-made, the person is more likely to stay with it and end up learning to play the guitar. |

| Answer: | As new, the action is very high. The saddle is not slotted and the truss rod is in the "neutral" position. Having a professional Luthier "setup" will cost more than the guitar. The "eleven-five" through "fourty three-five" strings that come with the guitar are fine. The guitar comes with a truss tool. You can get a small set of jewellers files at a hardware store (or Amazon). Once you loosen the strings, use a dinner fork to pull the bridge pegs. Slowly, carefully slot the saddle using the strings as your guide. It's more art than science. |

Best bang for the buck out there. I have many guitars and in a blind test of family and friends all say my A1R sounds the best. Why are there 3 white steel strings?
This>, not plastic, not steel strings.
But D, A , E strings are nylon inside, and white brass wires covered outside. They are not steel strings. This is the most traditional and standard craft of the classical guitars.
Tips for tuning:
Before the delivery, all all guitars will be rigorously tested by our skilled workers to ensure that its sound quality is intact. Like all the nylon strings' instrument, the guitar strings are flexible, and the strings need to adapt to the player 's playing strength. After a few days of playing, the guitar will adapt the new environment, and it will keep in tune.
How to tie the strap?
Strap End: Attached to the strap peg at the bottom of the guitar.
Strap Head: There is a black rope in the strap package. Use the rope to tie the strap at the neck of the guitar.
