Answer:	The body dimensions (case size/packing area) are 24x16.5x11 inches. The overall dimensions (wheels & handle) are 27x17.5x11.5 inches. The weight is 10.8lbs.

Answer:	Go to delsey.com to find out how to set your unique code. In the meantime, to open the case, set the tumblers to 0000. Slide the little latches on either side of the handle away from the midline. This releases the lock and allows the case to be opened. Delsey really should include instructions at shipping!

Answer:	1. You want to open the luggage first by setting the combination to 000 2. Then slide the TSA button towards the Red dot to open it and pop out the zipper pulls 3. Then there is a little silver hole in between the zipper pulls & the 000 combination 4. With a pen, pencil or paper clip or something pointed; press firmly on the silver hole button until you hear a click. Keep the pen, pencil or paper clip pressed down 4. As you hold down the pen, pencil or paper clip; change the number from 000 to a new number you are comfortable with 5. After you confirm your new number you are going to let go of the pen, pencil or paper clip and slide the TSA button back to the original position. At anytime you don't remember the code or the lock doesn't respond then we can't open it over the phone and you will have to use one of our repair centers to help you. Before the buying, I read from the other reviews for this product that the supplied Fotga AC adapter adds high level of audio noise in the recordings. Nevertheless, I bought this set just to get the DC Coupler. I measured the output voltage of the AC-adapter on an oscilloscope and it is really noisy. The superimposed unwanted AC-ripple to the output DC voltage is very high in level. I would not use this adapter for video-recordings. In few weeks I will make a short review on YouTube so the other buyers can see what I am talking about.

Answer:	Depends on the thickness of the insulation on your 28 ga wire. These sleeves are 3mm, 28 ga wire is .32mm in dia. without the insulation. Generally shrink wrap shrinks either 2:1 or 3:1 ratio, i.e.; 2:1 shrink ratio: 50% shrinkage, 3:1 shrink ratio: 67% shrinkage.

Answer:	Short answer is that it will not work and you need 1.0 to 1.5mm (1/16") heat shrink. Long answer is that you need to make sure the tube will shrink (recover) to at least the diameter of what you want to insulate. In your case, bare 24 awg wire has a diameter of 0.51 mm (0.020"). Adding 20-30% to account for insulation and solder around the wire (that you have to slide the heat shrink over before you shrink it) gives you ~0.61mm diameter. Because 2:1 wire shrinks to 50% of its original size, you must start with a tube that has an inner diameter of 0.61 mm to 1.2 mm .
