Answer:	You mean between the 2 sections in the tray?? Not well. The lid covers them, but there is nothing like rubbery to seal them off from one another. Where the tray fits into the bigger section, it fits quite tight, but I don't think I would trust anything with a lot of liquid to not seep through to the (top) sectioned/off tray. Hopefully that helps! lol
