Answer:	Mine says "100% cotton." It was a nice quality but I find many of the off-brand items from China vary greatly. I have purchased the same size sweatshirts in different colors, and the fit, style and fabric content is different. My guess is that this type of merchandise is sold by a single source that uses different manufacturing sites. Maybe it says 'cotton blend" because the fabrication is different from different sites.

Answer:	I would get the 5T, worse case it will be a little baggy. My son is about to turn 3 but fits into 2T perfectly, the 3T-4T I bought is snug.

Answer:	In my opinion, this top (not really a sweatshirt) runs small. I would go with the 2-3 years unless your kid is on the smaller side. My kid is 22 months, a pinch bigger than average and the 2-3 fits perfectly without any room to grow.
