Answer:	If by work you mean like construction, then no I would not recommend. If by work being inside and outside and on your feet a lot, then yes absolutely. Answer:	They are two different types of lights. This one has bright white and blue LEDs, only. The Cycle Light is a rainbow of colors that cycle through constantly unless you set it on one color. The blue and white leds are probably a little brighter, but we don't have the specs to compare them, directly, since the lights are intended for two different purposes.
