Answer:	You can make three loaf sizes. XL, L, and M. The Medium size loaf is about 1.5 lb. Large is about 2 lbs and XLarge is about 2.5 lb loaf. Since the loaf pan remains the same size a larger loaf is mostly just taller. I usually stick with the Medium since larger slices won't toast in the toaster (They are too tall!). The pan measures 7.5" x 6". I have to say that I have had really great success with this machine. I don't use bread flour just unbleached all purpose flour and my bread is beautiful.

Although power can be delivered when the plug moves in far enough, it slides in and out, so the device is powered intermittently. If Amazon approves my review I have a picture which shows what I am talking about.
