The length of the hand grip portion is 18". The suction cups are just a little smaller than a standard bathroom tile. The suction cups must be wholly contained in one tile in order to get a good grip that will last. Wet the cup before attaching. I placed mine on an angle so that the lower end was lowest since the tub floor is higher than the bathroom floor. Be aware that if you put all your weight on the bar, you are liable to rip the tiles off the wall. It's purpose is to steady you not support.

Answer:	What size bar fits on the 4" tile? I have the 12 and it won't work because it sits on the grout.

1. Choose the location you would like to apply the disk and clean the dashboard surface area thoroughly to remove any dust or debris and free of any dashboard conditioners or other treatments. Allow the area to dry completely.

2. Remove the paper cover from the dashboard pad.

3. Stick the pad on the cleaned dash surface, and rub firmly over the surface for 1 min. to ensure a strong adhesive grip. And remove the protective film.

Answer:	Since I have not had the one with two in it, I cannot respond to it. However this is the one we got and are very pleased with it. my husband had to have hip surgery and it has helped him in the shower. I would recommend having two.

Answer:	Stainless steel upper and lower white cup shaped piece I think is plastic. It is very solid and could pass for ceramic. This is by far the best toothbrush holder I’ve ever had. It is so simple to rinse clean when needed. The surface is very smooth.

Answer:	This Suction Grab Bar fit very well on my tile shower wall, but my tiles are 4" X 4". The suction cups must fit on the flat surface of the tiles. not overlapping the grout. I am not sure how it would fit on 3" X 3" tiles.
