Recorded in 1988 with the last three "live" at the Great American Music Hall. Heard here is the first recording of Marc Savoy's "Two-Step D' Amede." Answer:	I noticed results from this video and watching what I ate after a couple weeks. My clothes fitted a little better.

Answer:	I thought my man wouldn't like this, but we did one of the videos together and he seemed to find it quite respectable a workout...even for a gym nut guy. :)
