Answer:	Can the cover stand up to high concentrations of chlorine? I installed the net over my winter cover as pictured. I don't add chemicals in the winter. But if I were going to do that, I would pull back both covers and pour directly into the pool. I wouldn't think the net would enjoy the experience.

Answer:	No. I used this float as a buoy in a lake. The dispenser just has a fine plastic screen, so I just drilled two 3/8" holes in the dispenser (because I wasn't using it to dispense chlorine) and looped the line through there.

Answer:	Yes. I would recommend a smaller size than 20x40. Use a 16x32 size so you have less to cut. Be sure to use a good razor knife and a straight edge. I have to slice about 6-8 inches as the blanket seems to always be 20.5 ft wide and I have to cut the extra inches off. Also be sure the knife blade goes all the way through the blanket. Pretty easy but go slow, once it's cut there is no do over.
