Answer:	No, it is not tinted. The lotion comes out of the container white and doesn't have a tint once applied to the skin.

Answer:	Use very very sparsely and make sure to rub it in completely and evenly, before it drys. Practice in a small area to get use to it. Never put more on thinking you didn't cover enough, cause you will become all white. Let it dry completely before applying make up. You will probably have to use a powder make up, like bare minerals or sheer cover. Liquid make up, will reactivate the product. Hope this helps. It really works pretty good once you get the hang of it. Keep trying, you'll get it. I did. 

Answer:	I don't know the percentage of retinol, but I can tell you that this is a gentle cream that leaves your skin very soft and smooth to the touch. It does not cause my skin to peel or feel tight like it would if it were high in retinol. I am over 65 and my skin is much thinner than it was in my younger years and I am more sensitive to the retinol. I also have used this same cream in the version that is not for sensitive skin and this one has a better result. If you are looking for a cream that leaves you skin feeling soft and silky, this is a great product.

Question:	Is this a day or night cream
Answer:	I don't know what a "few tweaks" for the drainage means but I LOVE the drainage - could not be easier. You just flip up the drainage port above a bucket and push the drain button and it pumps it out. I found it left about 3 TBS of water in the tank that it could not pump out, but you can wipe that up with a towel or pick it up and pour it out. Then I leave the lid off so it dries thoroughly before closing to store. The wheels make it easy to move.

Answer:	It depends on how hot or cold your water is to start with. But for us it usually takes 10-15 minutes.

Answer:	I was amazed at how quiet it really is. The loudest part of it is when the water fall feature is running and it is the sound of the water hitting the water! Peaceful. Did not have to turn up the volume of my pandora! Hard not to fall asleep and miss the enjoyment!

Answer:	This thing will get to 48 Celsius which is almost 119 Fahrenheit.I will set it as high as 44 Celsius which is about 111 Fahrenheit and it can be hard at that temperature.Love it though

Answer:	They are a cleansing pad one side rough the other smooth for washing face & neck of you want. I can't find the Olay ones I loved these are good replacement. Answer:	It isn't a substitute for cleaning, it IS for cleaning. Each pad is already moistened, and has cleansing abilities. Wet your face, and start scrubbing. One side is soft, for the tissue beneath the eyes, and the other side of the pad is somewhat textured for cleansing the rest of your face. Rinse well, and apply your favorite moisturizer. May I suggest ROC Multi Correction 5 in 1 Eye Cream for the eye area, and Roc Retinol Correxion Max Daily Hydration Crème.

Answer:	Yes but it will take some dedication and time to help reduce them only, it's a very mild retinol less than 0.25 i think, someone wrote it was 0.1%, I would look into Pixi glow toner or Nip+fab extreme pads, as well as The Ordinary Company 1% retinol for better results on deep lines.
Question:	My step 2 serum came without seal over the tube. It is grey in color. Is this normal
