The sternos and serving utensils are great (comes with three holding wire racks for the pans as well. Great price for this item. Hard to say how many it can serve because I do not know what type of food you are putting in it.

Question:	What are the dimensions of the metal frame? Could one large container fit in place of the three
Answer:	I do not know the exact dimensions but yes, a large container could fit in place of the 3 comfortably. I was pleasantly surprised at how large this was. The 3 containers actually hold quite a bit. I could fit 1/2 crock pot of chili in one of the containers. Hope that has helped!
Question:	Does it come with the single tray as the picture shows or just the three trays and what is the opening size if I want to find a single tray
Answer:	25.6 x 15 x 6 inchesEach tray holds about a quart. With the 3 trays, a total of 3 quarts will fit if you fill the whole thing. so a single tray that you are asking about will have to be able to hold 3 quarts
Question:	How many aluminum 1/2 pans ( the disposable pan for bbq) will fit
Answer:	my grill is small 14" X 25". The side measures of a half pan is 10 1/2 X 13" but you can push in the sides and then you fit 2 pans. I hope this is helpful.
Question:	are the post 3.5 quarts each or a total of 3.5 quarts
Answer:	Just unpacked my NutriChef3 warmer. First thing I did was fill one (1) container/warming pan with water. One warming pan holds 9 cups (72 liquid ounces). At 32 ounces to a quart, each warming pan holds 2.25 quarts. The plastic lid is domed so could hold a bit more solid food. So the total is 3 X 2.25 or 6.75 quarts. Can’t wait to see how it works this Thanksgiving.
