Answer:	I don’t know about stretch marks, I was using the product to help in healing the new skin after 2nd degree burns. I could not use until new skin formed and for awhile afterwards, a month or so, then alternated between aquaphor and the vitamin E my dermatologist recommended. Answer:	It's compressed, but really creamy - not rock solid/hard. You have to press firmly with your fingers to scoop it out, then it softens in your hands really quickly and onto your skin when you rub it in. I would never melt it, that would be very runny and messy. This brand of shea butter is very luxurious and I am extremely pleased!! I did a lot of research beforehand of different types, quality, texture, etc...and I'm so happy that I won't consider using another brand! It feels great on your skin, is the highest quality, and no trouble applying it. It is NOT a lotion or cream, it has a butter texture that is like hardened butter in your refrigerator (not the freezer!) and it melts into your skin right away. Hope all this helps!

Answer:	I use it on my face every day. Only a small amount is needed. After a couple of weeks you should notice a difference in the texture of your skin

Answer:	I contacted the Nivea customer service center. The batch number answers your expiration question. Your batch number is 50251257. The first number 5 is the last digit of the year it was made. That tells us 2015. The second and third number 02, tells us the week of the year it was made. 02 tells us it was made the second week of January. Answer:	It very much depends on how much you use and how often. I typically use one bottle per month. My use is frequent (twice a day for most body).

Answer:	Yes, Nivea makes an unscented version. It's called intense nourishing moisture.

Answer:	I figured the Shea butter would be more prominent. I'm always trying new lotions, and always looking for a unique scent. This product does what it claims, moisturizes and locks in that softness for longer than most, smooth, feels great, but this particular version has more of a perfume smell than I would like.

Answer:	NIVEA Cocoa Butter Cream is designed to be effective and safe for use for at least 30 months from date of manufacture when unopened and properly stored. The date of manufacture can be determined from the lot code. The lot code is an eight digit-code that is stamped on the bottom of the jar below the UPC. The lot code will either be a series of 8 numbers or 8 numbers followed by 2 letters. In all cases, the first number represents the year the product was produced. The second and third numbers are the week of production. For example, Lot Code 81535254 indicates the product was produced in 2018 in the 15th week of the year.
