Answer:	I sent my order back. there were two support things on each side of the knee that pressed into a sensitive spot, and was very uncomfortable. Everyone is different = they are worth a try. You can always return them.

Answer:	The dark blue is where the padded disc is located. It comes as a handy "locator" when I slip it on my leg. The padded disc also makes for a comfortable kneel when I kneel on my yoga mat. I really haven't found anything about the sleeves that's a negative unless you get one too big, which I did and replaced two larger sizes. I settled and am pleased with the small size sleeves and I am 68" tall and 160#s weight.

Answer:	Hello Yes it will help but if your (Meniscus is torn ) like mine - the only real solution is surgery. I have surgery scheduled this month to hopefully really stop the pain. Answer:	I actually did not measure since I have purchased several different braces lately. I would recommend measuring just above and below the knee. Of course the upper opening is going be a bit larger since it will be going over the thigh. I will say I love this brace.
Question:	I’m not sure how to wrap my knee in this. Should have kept the box
Answer:	The top is the opening opposite the straps. When you leg is fully in the sleeve, the straps are on the bottom and in the back. To tighten the straps, (there are two straps) pull the one on the right side around to the front, just below the knee, across the front and around to the back again, and attach it to the velcro pad in the front. Do the same thing with the strap on the left side, just oppositebringing it from the left side around to the right, then around the back of your leg and attaching it to the velcro pad in the front, Both straps attach to the same velcro pad in the front, so each strap can use only 1/2 of the pad to attach. If you find it to be too tight after you walk for awhile, the straps can be attached to the brace not quite at the velcro pad. I did this the last time I wore the brace, and it was more comfortable. I hope this makes sense for you. It's a great knee brace.

Answer:	I'm an aging former competitive gymnast who didn't stop doing gymnastics until I was just shy of 40. My knees are in rough. I have patellar tracking problems and my left knee is easily sprained. This brace helps with the tracking problems. It's not a cure-all, but it helps. My only concern with this brace is the gel pad in mine is installed upside down. The thicker side of the gel pad is supposed to be at the bottom, the thinner part at the top. That makes the little pull rings in the side supports kind of useless when you're pulling it up your leg.
