Question:	Can you add mouthwash to reservoir water
Answer:	you could brush if you want to after 20 mins post treatment, (waiting the 20 minutes after using the gel & light allows the whitening process to continue...). Tooth structure is such that eating foods or drinking liquids that stain such as coffee, tea, red wine will discolor your teeth over time. This would be true of most tooth whitening systems unless there's a sealant component that would help to deter the staining process. I tend to use a high fluoride toothpaste to cut down on sensitivity and to remineralize the teeth. Ask your dentist for a post-whitening recommendation.

Answer:	I’m not sure what type of flossing tip you are talking about. It has a toothbrush head & the water comes from the canter of the brush. Sometimes I brush with the 2 minute timer & then turn on the water & the water comes out in a pretty strong stream & it really gets a lot of bits of food out that the brush missed. When I am in more of a rush I brush at the same time I am using the water pic part. I love it.

Answer:	I put my toothpaste onto this brush and cover each tooth both inside and outside of the uppers and lowers while turned to OFF. I turn on the toothbrush for 2 minutes until it turns off. The reservoir is filled with half Listerine and half water. I use only the flosser to work on each tooth crevice while leaning and spitting into sink which takes 2 minutes. Rinse out the reservoir completely when it's empty to keep it clean. My teeth feel super clean. I also use a tongue scraper. On days when I alternate using my regular sonicare brush at times for a bigger brush feel and dental tape floss. The crowns in the back break the tape so this flosser is a lot easier.

Answer:	That is why I bought it! It is fabulous - don't hesitate. I had to go to the dentist every three months and I cut it back to every 6 a year ago. After six months of my own scraping with tools you can buy at the store, I still had lots of tartar to be removed. Well, this past December I got the brush and water pik system and when I went to the dentist this May for my 6 month visit - the heigentist looked at my mouth and sat back and said - ok - what are you doing - I can see that your mouth is drastically different and that you hardly have any tartar. I had not told her that I was using the system. It was the shortest visit in my history and both she and the dentist (12 years there as a patient) were amazed at the difference. You can even feel the difference yourself. And, I would recommend that you buy one of those mouth mirrors that let you look at the back side of your own teeth (sold where they sell dental supplies) beause with the mirrors you can actually tell you are getting the tartar - some of them are magnified a little bit. I check with the mirror all the time and even found a brown spot that is a mark before a cavity forms. It can't be removed but it can be stopped from becoming a cavity - and the dentist tolld me to keep a focus on that area with the water pik system and it will not get any deeper.

Answer:	It just means that the water flossing and tooth brushing capabilities are available in one unit. When I use my flossing button, I also run the brushing feature, but not with toothpaste on the brush. After flossing, I apply toothpaste and run just the toothbrushing feature. There is a separate button on the handle so that you can run them simultaneously or separately.
Question:	Where can I buy replacement heads for Waterpik
Answer:	The kit came with 2 brushes: One regular size (blue colored band) and a smaller one which is like child size (green colored band) or for cleaning smaller spaces like your back molars or in between bridge work. If 2 of you are to use it, I would buy an additional brush head only. The travel case that comes with it has room for 2 brushes and the handle. My advice would be to see if they come in different colors to differentiate. The waterpik came with 5 attachments with two of the piks being identical for every day use. You could likely place a dot on one with a permanent marker to differentiate. Hope that answers your question.

Question:	Where can I buy new heads for my black sonic care
Answer:	WP-100 is the one with a very strong motor, will last for years, unless you forget and leave it running on an empty tank as i did. So what if it is noisy; it works and will last. By the way, using it at more than 2-3 may cause damage to your gum line. Leaky tank valve, even the new WP-100s have a defective tank valve (it doesn't fall down when the tank is removed, therefore the tank dribbles when removed for refill. This problem remains even with new valve inserts (which i obtained from Waterpik's wonderful service). The fix, although slightly annoying, is to take the handle of your toothbrush and gently press down on the valve during the lift off process. You can then discontinue the toothbrush, and refill and reseat the tank, without dribbles occuring. Just grin and bear it. Also, you will need to purchase replacement angled wands because the tip will become junky and can't be cleaned.

How to use the flosser during travel?

Fully charge the main handle before departure. leave the large water tank and charging base at home. Just bring the main handle, water supply hose, jet tip, and toothbrush head. then you can get an easy trip.

• Step1. Prepare a water cup by yourself. (package do not include water cup)
• Step2. Unfold the water supply hose.
• Step3. One side of the water supply tube inset the hole of the main handle.
