Answer:	I have not have that problem either. I agree, there may be some flakes if too much is applied; however, if you make sure to cover all the fibers, it won't have flakes throughout the day. I only had problems with the flakes right after applying; but, I gently brush them off with a beauty sponge that's been damped. Honestly, this product if applied correctly, they wont budge unless they are under like hot water or have been wet for a long time. So, no this product won't give you racoon eyes.

Answer:	Yeah I believe so.. But I think it's overrated.. It literally take a million coats to make it actually work. And the little fibers do flake off throughout the day and they like hurt my eyes for some reason. I thought it was me but I had a friend try it and same thing. If this is a repurchase though then yes it's original! But not worth it in my opinion. lol sorry for the paragraph 
