Answer:	Nothing to specify other than size of dog.

Answer:	My vet told us nothing harder than the puppy's teeth until all her puppy teeth were gone. I see that they list bone and hooves as some of their treat options, which our vet said no to for our puppy. We stuck with basic milk milkbone type of treats, soft treats, and carrots until her adult dog teeth came in. The carrots were and still are a favorite for her.
Question:	Are the beef bones cooked? I thought cooked bones were unsafe for dogs
Answer:	Thank you for your question! The main reason that people do not give their pups cooked bones is due to the fact cooking can increase the risk of splintering. We go to great lengths to reduce the splintering risk in our bones and would consider kneecaps and knucklebones some of the safest -- the density of the bone means they hold up very well. Raw bones, however, do also have a risk with giving those to your pup, such as bacterial risk, and since we are an eCommerce company and store then ship items we want to minimize that risk as much as possible. Bones, cooked or otherwise, are not a good fit for every dog, and you should always supervise your pup when giving them natural chews of any kind.

Answer:	If the toy is damaged within 14 days of arriving, just send a message to them with a photo and what you want it replaced with. You can only do one “return” order every 30 days”. So send them the photo and if nothing else failed then send email to send replacements. I just did two replacements my pit destroyed the rubber and the rope in 10 min. I sent photo of each one. His nylon are fine he can’t destroy them, I emailed Emily (she was helping me) and said please go ahead with the two damages. Three days later he got a new nylon and a ballistic fabric.

Answer:	I've had pretty good luck assembling them. The problem I do find is that the top is wider at the sides than the finished box . Wider by about 1/8th inch on either side so I usually need to do some trimming so that I can tape the sides.

Question:	Want to stock up so ehat is the shelf life of a bag
Answer:	When you say 'stock up' how many bags are you referring to? A person can buy 5-bags but if they own a small dog then those bags might become 'old' before they're used; on the other hand, if you have 1-3 med/large dogs then the 5-bags my be consumed BEFORE the food is considered 'old'. I have an 84-lb pit bull and this bag lasts about 5-weeks. You have to consider the shelf-life these bags have BEFORE they are even put into stores for customers to buy. Answer:	Not sure this will help but I have 2 Bull Terriers 1 70 lbs and 1 60 lbs....lasts 2 weeks. If you only have one small boxer...guessing around 65 lbs...should last 1 month.

The box also lists The Nutro Company at Franklin, TN. I want to mention that aside from English, there is also writing that I think is in the French language, not sure why. My doggy loves these snacks, I hope they are not made anywhere near China. I stopped a lot of my puggle snacks because of the news that China was tainting snacks and pet food with melamine.

Question:	Is the food its self softer for a senior dogs teeth
Answer:	Well by itself, probably not. However, for my dog's whole life (he's 12 now) he has always preferred a bit of liquid in his food so I put warm water into it and it makes a bit of a "gravy" ...... not sloppy, just softer.

Answer:	Correction; my dog eats 1.6 cups a day and the bag lasts 60 days, so 96 cups to a bag.
Question:	Does anyone know if the senior food has smaller kibble bites than the regular life protection? My senior dog can't chew big kibble
Answer:	It is tiny kibble. I don't what size the regular life is but I have an older Yorkie and the senior is tiny enough for him.
Question:	How big are the pieces? i have a small dog and the small dog option is not available in the senior blue buffalo
Answer:	The Small Breed Senior is a lot smaller and breaks apart easier. The Small Breed Senior is vailable $16.00 for 6lb or $26.09 for 15lb. I don't think Blue makes the Small Breed Senior in the 30lb bag because little dogs don't eat as much so it probably wouldn't sell well. A 6lb bag feeds my Shih-Tzu for a month, 15lb for 2.5 months, give or take as his appetite varies.
