Answer:	I have only used it on carpet. On the back of each panel there is a section of a black Velcro like material that would possibly help keep it in place.

Answer:	Mine does not slide around, but I am mostly doing exercises while lying on it. I have a wood-look vinyl floor. So I do not think it would slide but you could put something under it like the non-skid stuff for carpets. The mat is just wide enough to lie down comfortably like a yoga mat.

Answer:	yes, I've been losing hair for a while. These pills stopped the hair loss and my hair has grown back much fuller. It takes almost an entire bottle to start working though fyi.

Answer:	I imagine if you stop using this product, the condition of your hair will return to what it was prior to use. I had that happen when I stopped taking prenatal vitamins. While taking them, my hair was thick and awesome, shortly after it changed back. I guess some of the extra growth fell out. That was a different product, so I can not speak to this. I am not using anything along with this. My hair appears healthier and grows faster. I have not noticed a lot of new growth.
