Question:	How do the batteries hold up in cold weather
Answer:	Battery life sucks! Tried this for for 5 months. Tried several different types/brands of batteries. Camera was set to record 15 second video. Batteries only last about 3 days of camera used only at night with limited captures. First and second day had full video. Third day, all video only recorded at less than 5 second length each. Apparently as soon as battery voltage drops only slightly, camera cuts back video dramatically. Replaced batteries after 3rd day, camera functions correctly. All batteries removed and tested and only showed a slight drop from new batteries (used batteries worked fine in flashlight).
Question:	Can you loom at images in the field? Does it have an ir night mode or flash
Answer:	This camera does not have field viewing capability. The LCD Screen is for programming only. Regarding IR, this camera is one of the better ones for night photos.

Answer:	The only thing I can think of for subscription would be if you want to access the camera remotely (as in your car is in the garage and you are out of town), you would need Internet in your car to access. You can still use blue tooth (paired to your phone) for close range access to view video without having to take the SD card out.
Question:	Does this camera show date and time in the corner of the video and of so can it be shutoff/removed
Answer:	Blackvue has a rear view kit R-100 +R-100L that sets up the rear camera to be displayed on a screen when the vehicle is switched to reverse. The new firmware does not support that currently. The new firmware does not affect customers that are not using the rear view kit. So you are safe to update your Blackvues firmware.

Answer:	It depends on how it is installed. 1. There's a feature that will record movement even when the vehicle is off. You have to enable parking mode and support the vehicle with the Battery Discharge Prevention Device so your vehicle's battery doesn't die with prolonged periods of parking. 2. Internet access needs to be on and ready 24/7 so tethering your phone will not do. 3. Enough time has to go by for the footage to be uploaded. Question:	What is pipe through security
Answer:	It refers to its ability for a cable lock to secure it to a tree. If you get one...check detection capability with a camera you know does well. I returned mine because vs 2 of my cameras with all three on the same tree...it only took 200 pics compared to 789 on one and 812 on the other in one day. Was a shame because the quality of the pics is very good and I liked the wider angle of view. Just can't be missing that many shots.
