Answer:	I've used this impact a few times over the past year w/my 6 cfm compressor @ 90psi w/o any issues at all. The min specs on it are 3.4 cfm @ 90psi, so your fine @ 9.9. Can say it's probably the smoothest impact gun I've ever used to remove lug nuts...
Question:	Will this work with a 2.6scfm/90psi compressor? Need it for tire lugs
Answer:	Yes your compressor is compatible. However, in using a compressor with only 2.6cfm, you may at times need to pause for a moment to let the compressor build pressure before continuing. To run any air wrench continuously without ever pausing, you would need a compressor producing 3.4cfm. With that being said, you will have no problem using this air wrench with your compressor, especially for small jobs like removing lug nuts.
Question:	Does it have adjustable torque setting
Answer:	It has 3 regulator settings in forward (full, med, low) and only full power in reverse. You will need a torque wrench to set a certain torque

Answer:	This Impact wrench ONLY runs on a highly compressed mixture of specific gases including nitrogen (78.09%), oxygen (20.95%), argon (0.93%), carbon dioxide (0.039%) and other trace gases (0.003%). It's best if you do not deviate from this special mix. Your (5) high-pressure compressed gas tanks should be connected through flow-metering regulators to a mixing manifold. The "mix" is then sent to the impact device through sterilized, medical-grade reinforced PTFE tubing at an exact pressure of 827.3708 kilopascals (+/- 0.01 kP). The exhaust gas mix can then be recovered for re-use after purification, oil seperation and de-ionization per OSHA regulations. Do not even think of using any other gas mixture and certainly not "electric" to power this device. "Electric" can be dangerous and is best left to use by licensed sorcerers and other such weird folk.

Answer:	You may contact aircat for an exact spec,but I'll tell you from using it everyday as a dealer tech, if there is 1 gun that will do it it is this one.

Answer:	im a tech for chevy and have used this gun everyday since 3/8/14 with not one problem,its now 9/15/16. plus its so much quiter than all the snapons or ingersoll and just as powerful for less cost.thats hard to beat,you wont regret getting this gun

Answer:	Being a heavy duty diesel mechanic I use this gun every day, as for trigger control you need do be pretty accurate when pulling it in to feather the air flow, I will use it to loosen 3/8 bolts but not 1/4. Also I'm not one to mess around with the power level. To top it off our shop air is at 160psi so you shouldnt have a problem. 160 psi creates one snappy gun!, does sacrifice some life though.
Question:	Can some one tell me how to lubricate the unit
Answer:	The only lubrication I use on all my air tools is a few drops of air tool oil into the air inlet before use each day. The alternative is to use an automatic oiler on the supply air line.. The automatic oiler is only used on air lines that are used for air tools only as the oil will contaminate the hoses if they are also used for spray painting etc....I hope this is of help for you.... Answer:	Impacts need lubrication in two spots. The inlet and the hammer mechanism. Ready your owners manual for the procedure. Some have and oil plug and some are taken down and greased by hand.

Answer:	I got the 1/2" Tekton sockets and extensions and they've worked very well for me. Just be sure to check out the sizing of the sockets. One of the metric sets has bigger sockets but not sequentially getting larger (they skip some sizes). I got the 11mm-23mm I think. Has all the sockets in there. Recommend the gun? Absolutely.
Question:	Trigger gets stuck on mine. I release trigger and it keeps going. Gun is only a yr old. Any ideas
Answer:	Sounds like the spring is hanging up inside. Not sure if you registered with IR or not but I would think that's covered. Haven't had that problem with any other Ingersoll impacts though.

Question:	Will a 8 gallon, 150 psi, 4 cfm at 90psi compressor run this p.o properly
Answer:	In order to get a usable result from the tool you'll need at a minimum a 6- gallon 150psi air compressor. Bigger would be better but it will function to an adequate result with the above air unit

Answer:	I didn't get any increased vibration and as for blade drift I have had that issue. Blade drift shouldn't occur if the blade isn't bent and is properly tensioned.

Answer:	Yes, it will work but the compressor will need to recover constantly and you will have to wait a little between uses.

Answer:	I think the impact is 650 ft lbs and CFM is 20+ under load. I run mine with a Husky 155 psi 17 gal tank compressor. I really love this set. You will not be disappointed. Bought mine at lowes a while back and it came in a nice plastic case.

Your Psi will drop the further your line is. If you need more torque and your at 90psi then you should of bought a 3/4" impact. All vehicle service tools are rated and tested at 90psi.

Answer:	We recommend using 1 teaspoon (5cc.) of air tool oil or SAE #10 weight oil into the air inlet before and after each use, as it helps to extend the life of your impact.

Answer:	I was wondering the same after looking at Hdepot & Sears the descriptions seems to show the DWMT70773L has a max torque 650ft/lbs breakaway while the DWMT70773 ( NO L at end) has a max of 1200 ft./lbs breakaway. The "No L" tool is also heavier by a full 1lbs 4.63 vs 5.6 respectively
Question:	Will it work with 21 gal central pneumatic. Max pressure 125 psi, rated for 4.7 scfm @ 90 psi. I intend to use for removing lugs torqued @ 112 ft lbs
Answer:	Should work just fine. I’ve used mine to remove bolts torqued well over 200 ft lbs on pretty much the same compressor.
Question:	Will this work with a dewalt compressor (6 gallon/165 psi) that does 2.6 scfm at 90 psi? i intend to use it for my ford mustang
Answer:	It will work. But you might overstress the compressor if you use it lots. Should be fine to change a 6-lug tire it a few bolts here or there. But you should wait and let it build up and cool down before doing another tire. Just listen to the compressor. If it is running too long or too much you should give it a few minutes or get a bigger compressor tank. For a part time hobby type use I think you will be ok.

Answer:	The model 2235TiMAX offers USA as the country of origin.

Answer:	Rated at 90 psi WITH THE TOOL RUNNING. This probably means you need ~135 in the hose with the tool not running. It is VERY common for air tools to drop the line pressure from 120+ (static) to 90 or less when the tool runs. High-flow couplers and coupler plugs are a big help, too.

Answer:	It will but when removing lug nuts it will lose pressure after about 5 and as long as your patient and let it fill it works fine. I have a 8 gallon that is 13 cfm and works fine. The tool was way more powerful than I expected

Answer:	it is 1/4" air inlet. people may referring to bigger drive size wrenches models (3 quarter inch or larger) for 3/8" inlet.
Question:	work with 6 gallon air compressor
Answer:	Yes, I use it with my 6 gallon DeWalt pancake compressor. I can usually get 2 tires off (10 lugs) before the compressor turns on to refill.

Question:	Mine leaks quite a bit of fluid out the drive shaft seal. You can see it bubble when running. Is that normal for air tools
Answer:	If you see bubbles out the end you put the sockets on, that's not good. If you see oil coming out the air hose connection end the exhaust ports are located under the handle. Its normal to leak oil out of the exhaust port.

Answer:	Milwaukee’s 5 year warranty is from the purchase date (from a valid retailer) or from the date code on the tool if you don’t have a proof of purchase from a valid/approved retailer. I’ve had warranty repairs under both circumstances.
