Question:	I just used this 2 days ago and it is fantastic; I was a little shy with the highlighting; can I go repeat the highlighting process again
Answer:	Not with the open/left over chemicals and not on the same hair you highlighted. If you decide to do it, I would get a new kit and highlight hair that wasn't previously bleached with the highlighting part of the kit so it isnt damaged further. I loved this kit as well and just highlighted more each time I dyed every 6 weeks or so. I have taken a break after about 6 months of using the kit bc some of my hair that I always highlighted, like by my face, started to break. Just be careful with over processing.

Answer:	L'Oreal DOES test on animals. They carefully word their policy to read something like, "...L'Oreal does not test on animals". However, they have other agencies test their products out on animals for them. Shame on them. I will not buy anything L'Oreal for this reason.

Answer:	No, it doesn’t. It also did not arrive with the hooks. If this is the first time you are doing it I suggest you buy a highlights set at a drugstore. It comes with everything you need.

Answer:	Hi Neftali, Colorista Bleach is a permanent product. It will stay in your hair until you grow it out/cut if off or color over it.
Question:	Can this be used on facial hair
Answer:	Don't see why your couldn't. It's hair dye so go over your existing color you just may not get the same highlight results. I combed it through with a comb purchased on Amazon and loved it. Easy Peasy!
Question:	I have natural medium brown hair, dyed auburn. Would this get my hair light enough in the tips to get a light pastel color on it
Answer:	Yup, it sure does and hooks to pull the hair through the holes in the cap....All frosting kits should come with these. Well, unless you get the hair painting type!? Which, personally I don't care for. Good luck
Question:	is this product to permanently color your hair blond or does it wash away aswell after washes
Answer:	This produces a caramel colored highlight. I have only done it on my own dark blonde hair and don’t know how it works on other shades. It should still produce a caramel color, I would think. Your best bet is to try it on the end of one of your hair strands.
