Question:	My beard is just short , above and below lip only. i use medium dark brown. the color just washes off when i rinse. anyone have this happen
Answer:	Two things do you mix the equal parts of color and toner and be sure you leave it on a little longer!!
Question:	does it also dye the underlying skin
Answer:	It did not dye the skin only my beard. However there is caution. Make sure you test your skin as the directions say. I had used the product for 6 or more months with no problem and all of the sudden I had a reaction that left huge sores on my face and make my beard fall out. it was terrible. Took 6 months to recover and finally all is back to normal.
Question:	how long do I have to wait before I use it again, if I didn't leave it in long enough the first time
Answer:	If you did not succeed in coloring all of the hair and you have some grey spots, you can try again the next day. I sometimes use a Q-tip or a wet-wipe to take out any colored areas that didn't need color . Usually 7-10 minutes to leave it on should be enough time.
Question:	Once applied, for how long will your skin "weep
Answer:	i have not experienced any "weeping" with this product. i do not use that much though.

Answer:	If the stains are from the Just for Men's product you can use a little Clorox bleach. This will remove it effortlessly.

Answer:	I haven't notice anything changed except the labeling on the box. Of course that has to do w/increasing sales. Question:	I've read a lot of reviews saying this product causes chemical burns because they've changed the formula. True
Answer:	This is absolutely true!! My husband has been using this for 5 years as well without problems. Then they changed the formula and he has horrific chemical burns to the point that he has permanent damage on his upper lip and unable to grow hair!! The product was fine until they decided to mess with it!!!
Question:	I have tested several different area's with no issues, as soon as I use it on beard and mustache I get horrible burns. Why
Answer:	The internet is full of horror stories about what happened after many people used this product. The industrial chemical PPD is apparently responsible. Some of these horrible reactions happened to people after they passed the 48-hr skin-patch test. I know my skin under my beard becomes mildly inflamed and itches for several days after each use. I never stopped using the product because the irritation seemed mild. But after reading other horror stories, I cancelled my Amazon order. Im surprised the FDA hasnt looked into this problem. I will never buy this product again.
Question:	Bought this product and my beard came out pitch black why? Or does it takes few days though works in 5 mins
Answer:	We are sorry to hear that your hair color results came out darker than you would like. To lighten the results, you can mix 1 ounce of regular 3% hydrogen peroxide with 1 ounce of any dandruff shampoo. Lather the hair with the mixture and leave the lather on for 5 minutes before rinsing. This will lighten the color a little each time. Next time, you may want to go with the next lighter shade and make sure that it's only left on for 5 minutes, as the color will darken if it's left on longer.

Answer:	Never. I’ve used this about 15 times now. A good rinse will make sure the excess is removed and the color sticks to hair.
Question:	So what makes the beard look fuller? Because your face underneath the hair may be painted with the same color
Answer:	I had an allergic reaction to every permanent dye that I have used. Even the dye that is supposedly ppd free. Except this dye. This dye even colors my gray hair. I’m about to order more. I love it!!! If I were you I would order it and do a patch test.
