| Answer: | Mother of 3 here. Unfortunately, toddler poo can and will permeate ANY substance or surface. The military should do experiments with it. Anyway, as soon as you accept your diaper pail is an ultimately disposable item, the second part of your life can begin. To extend the life of your can, change the bag often. Lysol is good too, but make sure can is completely dry before putting bag back in. Toddler poo microbes like moisture, even if it’s Lysol moisture (in my personal experience). Again, lots of untapped chemical warfare potential here. |
