Answer:	Your baby might have a yeast Infection causing the rash, I would recommend seeing a doctor to get nystatin cream prescribed and layer that with the desitin. I generally use desitin to protect from getting a rash it's a barrier protecting the skin. If you can't get to the doctor you can also use lotramin otc. Our doctor has had us do that on the weekends when they couldn't see our baby. Also baking soda bath soaks help as welll. Hope that helps.

Products like this tend to work more by creating a barrier between the flesh and moisture but since they do nourish the skin I imagine that it would be possible - just not idea. If you are looking to prevent razor burn I would suggest shaving with a product like American Crew shave gel or simply using cocoa butter after a shave.

I twisted the cap and product started spilling out over the side of the container. I checked the Johnson & Johnson website, but didn't see any picture or text concerning a safety seal, so I called Customer Service. She seemed surprised that I even questioned whether there was supposed to be a safety seal. I tried to explain that I was old enough to remember the Tylenol-tampering issue, when innocent consumers DIED, and that as a result of that litigation, all drugstore products needed a seal to ensure against tampering. She kept trying to blame me for having personal concerns . . . Not acceptable customer service; not acceptable in a product delivered with no verified chain of custody.

Answer:	Mine was set to expire this year and they delivered it late. They won’t let you return it if it has expired already so you have to fight with amazon. Better off getting it new somewhere. It should not expire 3 mo after you buy it.

Question:	how do you get it off of adult clothing ? and off of adult bodies
Answer:	For clothes, try mixing liquid detergent (like Dawn) with warm water and using a toothbrush (or bigger soft brush) to rub it in the spots. Rinse, reapply, rinse as necessary. Some people also use baking soda .
Question:	Is there any advantage in choosing maximum strength version over standard
Answer:	Maximum strength has more zinc, and it's the only thing that cleared my son's diaper rash up completely. The smaller doses of zinc barely made any difference at all.

Answer:	I wouldn't use it for internal use specially to a baby. Ask your doctor about it.
Question:	How much zinc oxide is in this cream
Answer:	According to the back of the tube, it says zinc oxide is 14% - no other info other than it is non-nano zinc.
Question:	Can it be used on cloth diapers? Do not answer unless you actually know the answer. Do not want to ruin my cloth diapers
Answer:	I would say yes. This product contains zinc oxide as its main active ingredient, which is the same as Desitin and others like it. With cloth diapers, just make sure you have the liners - they are as thin as a paper towel and come in rolls of around 75. I found you can use any cream as long as you use the diaper liner. I cloth diapered my first two, and plan to do so again.
