It indicates that it was made for distribution through US and Canada. Hope this helps. In usage, I have not noticed any difference from the ones I have been using. I also use it on my dog's heads when shampooing them, since its gentle to the eyes. :-)

Answer:	My grandson is mixed but his hair texture is more white than African, so I'm not sure if it would work the same. It is the only thing we have used that tames his hair and we love it. His hair tangles/knots up very easily, especially after he has slept on it.

Answer:	You can use it for dry hair, but it's not going to moisturize the hair or dry out the hair. If you/your child has dry hair, I recommend using coconut or almond oil to saturate the hair overnight or at least a day and then use this to wash hair for soft hair. You can do this once every 2 weeks or so for continued soft hair.

Answer:	I don't see any expiry date on the case. There is a LOT# . But it's not enough for consumers to figure out the manufacturing date or expiry date.
