Answer:	I am not familiar with what speeds your switch has on it or anything like that. I used this one on my 95 wrangler. It is just a two speed switch and you push it for your washer fluid to come out. It works but if it is just a light drizzle you have to turn it on and off. mine also stops when you turn the switch off so it can just stop in the middle of a "wipe cycle". you have to time it just right when you switch it off. It works for me but you might want somthing better. my jeep is no show piece.

Answer:	No, I read a few forums.. But it really is easy... Take the plastic shroud around the steering column off, by taking the screws out underneath, then turn the wheel 90 degrees to the right to the 3 o'clock position and you will see a clip holding the top and bottom pieces, release that, then turn to the left to the 9 o'clock position to release the other side . The plastic separates into two pieces (top and bottom). From there it is two screws holding the assembly on... Hopefully I remembered this correctly but like I said it was fairly simple.
