Answer:	I use mine for cleaning tools and top rack has multiple uses for tools or cleaning supplies. For me this is very useful as it it a small rack, and hold buckets etc.

Question:	What about the clearance needed to get tools out that are stored in the holes? Any issues with ceiling heights when getting tools out
Answer:	Yes, I would recommend having a minimum clearance of your longest tool/rake/etc plus about 10 inches when taking the item out of the rack. I would not recommend it storing large/long tools in an area with a low to normal 7-8ft ceiling (run the risk of hitting the ceiling occasionally). I personally have mine in the basement with a 10ft clearance. It would also work well in some of the pre-fab tool sheds that have a high ceiling. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I would NEVER recommend to store your tools outside- I buy good tools and I expect years of use from them- putting them outside is throwing money away and not taking good care. CAN this be put outside? Sure- just like anything you own can- your couch for example. But SHOULD you? This is not its intended purpose. I'm not sure it's UV rated (and I wouldn't expect it to be). Maybe keep on the edge of the garage and roll it out? You could ALWAYS replace the casters no problem if they crap out-cheaper than the holder and your tools!

Answer:	I have at least 50 tools in this caddy including a sledge hammer with many other various tools that would destroy my car. I park my BMW a foot from the stand every day and I have tested it like an earthquake would and it is perfect! I would never park my bmw near it if I were scared of it falling over. Difficult to believe how sturdy it is sometimes.

Answer:	There is 20" gap between the top and bottom shelves. The shelves themselves are about .5" thick with a 2" border for support. Does this answer your question?

I have it propped against the wall and a cabinet so that two sides are completely supported. And i still worry every time i take a tool out that it will fall.

Answer:	All holes do not line up at 16 inches - the rail itself is 16 inches wide total. Below is what I did. The result was very solid and each rail will hold the tools securely. Here's my answer form Oct 22, 2020: Each slide rail is 16 inches wide. There are three. I have them installed separately and one is higher for longer tools. I placed one of the set of (top/bottom) screws in each rail an upright [stud] for each of the 3 units. The screws in expansion bolts make the rest of the attachments very solid. This is a strong, well made, and adaptable unit. I am very pleased and highly recommend it. see less

Question:	If installing into brick is the load limit the same
Answer:	Make sure you read up on the anchors that except the bolts/screws. THAT is where you'll find a good answer. Mine is attached to a concrete block wall and I trust it. Also, I built a deck anchored to a brick wall and a pro saw it and said "That thing's not going anywhere."
Question:	Where can I get the "Lip" mentioned in the description to prevent roll-off
Answer:	Not included. However, using small/cheap clamps on the ends should work depending on how high a lip you need.
Question:	The cost is for a pair of racks? Twelve pegs and two verticals
Answer:	Yes. I hung mine on the side of a shed under an awning and it holds a lot of wood. Be sure you use LONG lag screws and anchor into the wall studs. Put your heavy wood close to the wall, and lighter stuff out on the end of the pegs.
Question:	how far apart are the shelves
Answer:	They are 6" apart (space between). Which does not sound like much, but in my experience is a pretty good distance. You don't want to have to go thru too many layers to get to a piece.
