Answer:	This is not meant to take the place of a bag, it's designed to hold a trash bag in an upright, open position. Use this to hold the bag while you fill it, then remove the bag for transporting. If your bags are tearing/leaking, you just need to buy some stronger trash bags. Look for "contractor" trash bags - they are at least twice the thickness of any others.

Answer:	Yes. There is a full tray on the bottom. We use ours outside camping so the tray on the bottom is nice because when it is windy we put some water bottles on the tray to weigh it down to keep it from blowing over.
Question:	How is the bag attached? Can it slip off
Answer:	Although it is difficult to see from the picture, the top consists of three pieces. One is the lid, the other two are what the lid sits on when closed, a nested inner and out ring. The inner ring is hinged, along with the lid. When inserting a bag, you raise the lid and inner ring, drape the top of the bag around the outer ring, and then lower the inner ring, which clamps the bag in place. It works quite well; I've never had a bag slip out. However, if you use a bag that is not tall enough to reach all the way to the floor or ground and put enough weight in it, the bag could conceivably be pulled out from between the two rings. Solution: Each of the three legs is made of three sections of plastic tubing (like the wand on a shop vac). For shorter bags, simply use only two of the tubes, thus reducing the height of the product by one-third.

Answer:	Depending on what size you purchase the size will vary but the deluxe that I bought uses the large black garbage bag as the smaller white garbage bags are too small. Answer: It will comfortably fit those large black trash bags (the ones we use for yard work). Answer:	There is a ledge on the back of the item it’s like a clip and it is the length of the bag. It hooks over the cabinet door and hangs there then you pull open the bag pulling it forward.
