| Answer: | It is not flat it’s domed and yes it has three horizontal lines (which I didn’t realize) until I received it. I wanted a clear smooth domed license plate cover I purchased this for a Christmas gift for my mom so hopefully you can’t see the lines. |

| Answer: | I’ll clear that up for you, there are two (2) black plate holders. The confusion is about state requirements. Some states require you to have a front and black plate. Some states only require a back plate on your vehicle. So this 2 pack is just two (2) plates not 2 vehicles. Two physical black silicone plates. So if your state requires front and back plates, this will be for one car. If your state requires back only, this will provide you plate holders for two vehicles. But to be clear, there are two (2) physical silicone plate holders in this pack. 😉 |
