Answer:	If you only make a single stroke it doesn't bleed through, but you can see it well on the back side of the page. If you go over the mark more than once, it does begin to bleed through. I don't think I would use it for making in your bible or on other similar paper.

Question:	Do the pens bleed through the paper
Answer:	That depends on the paper you are using. Napkins or other similar tissue will certainly bleed though, but a 20-pound bond (the paper commonly used in inkjet printers) will not. They don't bleed though photographic paper, either. I've been using Flair pens for 40 years, and the biggest bleed problem I've had is the bleeding that happens in a shirt pocket if the cap come off. Never put them away without the cap.

Question:	Do rocks have to be sprayed after being painted to eliminate chipping of paint
Answer:	With these markers, I can't see paint chipping as it will mostly absorb into the surface of the rock. It would be acrylic that would be in danger of chipping. However, to prevent fading, it would be good to put some sort of sealant on the rocks. Perhaps Krylon. I hear that is a good brand, and they have all sorts of sealers. It would be good to have a gloss coating. Just my opinion.

Answer:	What I ordered and received were metallic brush tipped marker pens. I like them very much. I don't use them for coloring books but for something similar, my own small detailed drawings. Other than metallics seeming to always be sort of lighter and muted, whether pencils or ink, with the beauty of a metallic finish, I really like them. I somehow wish there were metallics that varied in color more and the actual pigment was more "colorful".

Answer:	Not likely. They don’t smell like permanent markers. They’re more like regular markers but with a brush-like tip.

These opaque felt tip markers can write on a variety of surfaces including plastic, metal, wood, glass, plaster, canvas and more. Paint can be scraped off from nonporous surfaces like glass, etc. but will adhere permanently to porous surfaces such as wood, paper, etc. Water-based pigment ink is non-toxic, lightfast and waterproof. The ink won't bleed through paper (unlike alcohol-based markers) and is excellent for vibrant signs and craft work.

PC-3M - REVERSIBLE FINE TIP (0.9-1.3 mm): The fine, bullet tip is ideal for many users: artists and creative professionals such as designers who use it to add color or shading to plans; fans of creative hobbies such as scrapbooking and card-making, who use it to decorate photos, write on glass and make beautiful table settings; keen decorators who use it to upscale objects; surfers and skaters for customizing their boards; everyday creative people for transforming a cap or t-shirt; and budding artists for light-filled drawings with deep colors.

MIXABLE

As long as the paint is wet, colors can be mixed on the work surface with the tip or a brush to create smooth gradations of color. If the tip is stained, simply rinse it with water and re-prime the marker to restore the initial color.

LAYERABLE

Dense and opaque, POSCA paint is ideal for layering. Dark colors can be applied over light colors or light colors over dark. Thanks to its fast drying time, layering can be carried out with no smudges. Several coats may be needed to apply light colors over dark.

WATER SOLUBLE

POSCA paint is highly blendable and water-soluble. It can be diluted to produce a gradient effect. Simply add water to your creation with a wet paintbrush to blend or dilute for a transparent effect.

STEP 1: SHAKE

To ensure a consistent texture from beginning to end, a little ball is placed inside the marker to mix the ingredients of the POSCA paint. Just shake the marker energetically (with the cap on), and you will hear its characteristic, sought-after clicking - the sound signature of POSCA!

STEP 2: PRIME

Press the tip several times on a spare piece of paper until the tip is completely filled with paint. Test it out to remove any excess paint, and you are ready to go!

STEP 3: RE-PRIME

If the paint begins to flow less freely during use, shake the marker again, taking care to put the cap back on first to avoid paint splatter. Re-prime the tip, test it and off you go again!

STEP 4: DRY

The drying time is very quick, a few minutes at most! And generally dries faster on porous

surfaces than on smooth. Correct mistakes by painting another layer over the top once dried.
