| Answer: | Not familiar with the Zumo 660 but as long as it has a 1" handlebar this clamp will work. I attached it to a 4 by 4 ATV and it's a snug fit without any problems of movement. If it's chrome, wrap a piece of electric or duct tape to help with any slippage. |

Though I have to say the .625 is the opening between the rubber linings and it may not clamp on tight enough. If you want to tighten it to have a good grip you may want perhaps a 11/16" or better yet 3/4" diameter bar as a minimum. |

| Answer: | That depends on you and how you're packing. You could leave it attached to the rod and remove it from the tripod base. You could try loosening the clamp and see if you can remove the tray that way instead of removing the screws. |

| Answer: | Loosening the collar allows you to raise and lower the height, and then tightening it does a pretty good job of holding the position of the upper tray. It does a very good job of holding the height, but I would say just a reasonable job of keeping the tray from turning from side to side. It holds the horizontal well enough so that it takes purposeful pressure to turn it, but does not "lock" it into position to the point where it would take the kind of pressure, say, that it would take to loosen a stuck lid on a jar. Still, it does tighten down well enough to keep the upper tray from swiveling freely, and will hold its horizontal position satisfactorily unless you bump it or push it with some intent. |
