Question:	Is it made out of steel or pop metal
Answer:	This is all made out of steel and cast iron. Pot metal aka... die-cast zinc would be useless for a vise.
Question:	Does this vise rotate 360 degrees
Answer:	It will with a caveat. There is a channel with T-shaped receivers in it, similar to what a machinist table will utilize to hold down equipment. There is a section of cast iron directly across from each other in the channel that links the inner circle (under the vise itself), to the outer ring which has the bolt holes for attaching to a work bench. When installed, you can rotate approximately 160 degrees. To get the jaws to the other side of the circle, you would have to remove the vise from the bench and rotate, or remove the vice from the pedestal and reattach. you loose approximately 30 to 40 degrees of the entire 360 to account for the connecting bar.

Answer:	Wilton does not list a replacement Jaw part # for this model, even though they say they are replacable, Calling Wilton didn't help. Nobody could find this 11106 replacement jaws

Answer:	There are Flexvolt 20/60 batteries which will work in both 20 and 60 volt tools, but they must be from the Flex Volt line of tools they offer as the tool and battery sense one another and the correct voltage is used.

Answer:	No it does not. I was afraid this would be a draw back, but with two batteries (one charging in the truck) this has not been a problem. It charges quicker then it runs out. we get also a full day of use with one battery

Answer:	It is only for 120 volts AC. The motor will burn-up if you try.

Answer:	No. The saw at its highest point is only 3 1/4 inches from table to the tip of the blade. In order to cut anything thicker you would need to flip the wood over to finish the cut.

Answer:	Most likely not. There are some minor quality issues with mine... the jaws are slightly misaligned and the jaw edgoes are excruciatingly sharp and ragged in a couple of spots. I thought it would be simple to get soft jaw inserts, but the 3" size had me hacking down a 4.5" set of nylon ones. It also did not leave very much clamping space after inserting them. But it is heavy!!! And does a great job if you can figure out how to deal with the small issues.
