Open the unit by removing the two mesh filters and locate the switch in the middle of the fan unit. Remove the screw with a Phillips screwdriver.

Answer:	I'm not sure what your setup is, but when I did mine, I hardwired the hood into the existing black and white wires that were used in the old hood. Chances are that if you don't have the pre wired design that I had, you will need a power cord kit if you plan to physically plug the unit into a traditional wall socket.

Answer:	The packaging I received states that they are 680 lm. I don’t think it comes in 800 lumens. It is not good as I expected. No multicolor lighting. I also purchased the other smart br30 flood lights. It is much better. Answer:	California packaging is required to display both the Prop 65 warning and Title 20 compliance. In the case of most products the packing is the only difference. The Philips website doesn't specify any difference in the bulbs themselves.
