Answer:	The pruner blades measure about 1-1/8" apart so it should do up to 1" as stated in the specs. I've cut about 3/4" branches with no issues.

Answer:	Hi Perlage This pruner is better to cut young trees of twigs,stems, twiggy. When you squeeze the handle to cut them, the jaws will hold them after cut.

Answer:	this tool comes with a saw attachment that is not firm enough to do any cutting (too much flexing). my Amazon review for this product was "...lightweight pruner and not a functional saw..." won't recommend the saw attachment at all.
Question:	How does the harvester work
Answer:	The clamp end of the harvester has to be directly above the fruit. This ensures that the fruit is not dropped when the stem is cut. Additionally, you have to keep the handle squeezed until you are ready to release the fruit. There is a slight learning curve to using the picker but once you get acquainted with how it works, it is a good tool. So in conclusion, the clamp has to be positioned on the underside of the device just above the fruit.

Answer:	Their is a foam section on the pole that slides up and down allowing you to grip/hold in the most comfortable location. The handle/lever that you squeeze is coated/painted smooth enamel and easy to squeeze depending of course on how thick of a branch your trimming. I find the trimmer to be very comfortable and easy to use. With the extension I was able to prune my mature fruit trees (Apple, plum, pear) without needing a ladder. I also have used it to prune or trim redwood, mulberry, and Japanese maple trees. Overall I am very pleased with the pruner.

Answer:	No crank. You twist the bottom to open the holes then shake. The holes adjust size as you twist. I have a snow removal business and this tool comes in handy! I definitely recommend it.

Answer:	It is probably comparable, although the stated Lesco rates probably do not equate with the Scott's settings. We use the Lesco spreaders exclusively at out golf courses. In many cases, bagged fertilizer or other turf care products have a variety of recommended spreader settings printed on the bag, including Lesco, Scott's, Agway, Vicon, Lely, etc. These spreaders have worked well for our applications over the years and I would recommend them.

Answer:	With some effort. It is light enough, but if you have it extended out, it becomes hard to get it where you want, unless you are cutting something directly overhead.

Answer:	I'm assuming that's a joke. I'd have to say that I really doubt that the pruner would work for hair, and given that the minimum extension is 4 feet I think you'd have a real logistical issue using it on yourself anyway! And the saw ... well, I wouldn't recommend trying!
