Question:	I have a 10,000 above ground pool would I need more than one of these
Answer:	I used it on a 10 foot diameter, 30 inch deep Intex above ground pool, one of those with the blow-up ring around the top. It would heat it up a little on a warm sunny day. My pool is probably 1,000 gallons. So yes you would need more than one. If you can control the flow of water through the panel with a valve then you could regulate it to get maximum heat by slowing down the flow.
Question:	Is having it installed for an extra fee an option? I'm a senior citizen, and not confident to hook this up by myself
Answer:	As long as you can bend over for a short time, you can handle it! I'm 54 (almost senior), but have a spine injury with a great deal of nerve damage. I was able to install alone. Just make sure you have the suggested lube to get the tubing into the unit, or you won't be able to get it in. That makes it a breeze! Good luck!
Question:	Will this work on my dough boy pool
Answer:	It should. Depends on how much sun etc your yard gets. We have an above ground pool (18 ft around) and normally temps are in the high 60s ( like 68-70) when we open the pool and we freeze when we get in or can't swim at all till mid June. We installed one of these and it's been a big help with raising temps. our yard is semi sunny and our temps have jumped up to 83 in our pool.
Question:	I have 2 conected ro a 1.5hp motor and am not getting much if any heat thru the 2 heaters at all i have it setup just as the directions show
Answer:	How long do you run them? We are in Wyoming. Warm days, cool nights. We run ours from 9 am until about 5 pm. The heater is in the sun the entire time. Our pool, 18 foot round, 4 foot deep, gets to 100 in July. Now with cooler nights and daytime temps, it is at about 90.

You would need dedicated 30 amp 120volt receptacle wired with #10awg copper wire and protected by a 30 amp circuit breaker, if allowed by local electrical code. Answer:	If you're getting 116F you are an extremely lucky individual. Mine might reach 100 on a warm day. I don't really undersand your question, but if you increase the flow of water throught the device, your effective temperature will be reduced.

Answer:	The only way this would be possible is if the L.E.D. board that is mounted on the cover is installed improperly. You should be able to un-mount it and flip it over to face the transparent cover, so that when you reattach the cover to the unit that they will be viable through the transparent plastic cover.

Answer:	You're talking a very quick shower at 5 gallon. Wouldn't be hard to fashion a flexible hose and adapters from home store to make the plumbing, but to get the needed water pressure you'll need some height and wide tubing. Keep us posted.

Question:	Can everything be drained enough (after use) that it doesn't get damaged by freezing temperatures during storage between uses
Answer:	Yes. I hold the 2 hoses vertical to drain them, but the one with the pump I shake (the pump) to get every last drop. The main heater unit has a drain screw underneath, I believe, but I just tilt the unit without hoses attached to drain what little water is inside. BTW, I found another use... my grand daughters plastic kiddy pool holds 70 gallons of frigid 53F hose water. One little tank of propane more than heats it into the 90's!
Question:	I want to replace the lead acid battery in this thing with a 12v lithium motorcycle starter battery. For that, I need to know the amp hours and size
Answer:	The internal charger is not built with the stringent safety circuits for lithium-ion chemistry. Sealed lead-acid chargers are not interchangeable with Li-ion and is dangerous to do so. A 12 volt lead acid can safely receive upwards toward 14 volts, but 3 li-ion cells max out at 12.6v (3 times 4.2v cells). If the unit runs on the charger, then take a small yet powerful automotive Li-ion jump starter pack, and power it externally. Not as convenient as built-in, but Li-ion cells & chargers have much safety circuitry.

Answer:	Fromt he manual: DC: Connect the 12V DC adapter to the appliance then connect to a suitable outlet with the cigarette lighter (FIG. 5) •To charge the unit using the DC connector the car must be running, due to the 12V direct link to the battery system it will not show on the LED indicator. •The unit will run directly from the 12V cigarette lighter but will not charge unless vehicle is running.

Answer:	they include a #10 extension (guessing about 3 feet) to go from tankbuddy to the water heater. #10 minimum to go to tankbuddy from the breaker to handle the amps. i think #8 would also fit the tankbuddy connectors, and therefore work. i had #10 already installed in my home, so that is what i used. the spec sheet says #10 copper.

Answer:	I have not installed mi e yet but I would say no. It increases heat 45 degrees only. Therefore your water would only be tepid at best

Answer:	Can't comment on the handle but the unit vents through the top and pulls air in through the sides. If the circulation isn't good the unit shuts down. You mention a "tight space" so I figured I pass this on.

Answer:	I don't think the depth of sink is relevant. You need clearance from bottom of Disposal unit to bottom of cabinet and side clearance from other pipes and cabinet walls. My disposal unit is about 12 inches deep. That's measured from the bottom of the sink to the bottom of disposal unit. Hope that helps.
