Since high iron levels are just as detrimental as low iron (and none of us are anemic), we don’t look specifically for iron supplements. Sugar is noted on the package as the second ‘other ingredient’ but totals only 2 grams of natural sugars per serving, minimal content considering 100% fruit juice has more than 20g per serving. I’m just happy to have something my 2yo will eat willingly to supplement the stuff he may not. That’s a win in my book!
