Answer:	Since this headset uses a 3.5mm jack,it should work on all devices that have a 3.5mm port. So if you are using a Dualshock 4 controller that has a 3.5mm port (should be in between the two analog sticks underneath the PS button) then it should work without any problem.

Question:	I can't hear myself when I speak. Is that normal? Any suggestions on how to fix that if it's not normal
Answer:	I was able to connect my laptop to one of the 1G copper interfaces, and communicate with a server that I had connected via fiber and 10G SFP+. In my case, it treated the connection through the SFP slot like any other connection.

Answer:	Yes you can. I am currently using the 10GbE with a DAC Cable to this switch and the other end is hooked up to my QNAP NAS (9014 Jumbo packets, on a VLAN getting transfer rates around 520MB/s over iSCSI)

Answer:	I do not find either of these (child lock or win) in the owners manual. I think WPN is a feature that you turn on in Windows when you connect to a network. The AC 1900 modem itself has WPA and WPA2 WiFi security, IP v4 firewall, port scan protection and ping protection. In addition to this, I routinely run a third party VPN. Hope this helps.

Question:	Will this work with a Nintendo switch
Answer:	I'm not 100% sure but I feel like we used this set with my boys chromebooks and it worked. We've had a few headsets so I cant be 100% sure that it was this set. But if your chromebooks have the 3mm, it should work. I will say that I bought 2 of these last year (September 2019), one doesn't work and the other one the sound doesn't come through the ear pieces already.

Answer:	There is a large switch on the cable that says on/off for the microphone control.

I would imagine it will work with the new Xbox X/S as the controllers for Xbox One are compatible with the Next Gen console. Again if you plug the headset into the controller and the controller is compatible with your system then it should work fine.

Answer:	It should handle those devices as long as the total power consumption of the devices does not exceed the maximum load for the computer's USB port (900ma or 4.5W for USB 3.0- about 1/2 that for 2.0). If power consumption is higher, you will need a hub with its own power supply.
Question:	Is there any way to fix the echo
Answer:	Yes, if it is plugged into the left USB port on the front of the PS4. It will not work in the other USB slots. Also, if you are planning on using an external storage device for your PS4 this hub will NOT work. The external storage must be plugged directly into the front left USB slot directly and will not work if plugged into a USB hub like this one. You cannot use both a hub and an external storage device simultaneously
